Tornado Preparedness by Protective Structures
Protective Structures was recently invited to present tornado preparedness information at the Pickens County Senior Center in Jasper, Georgia. Fire Safety Inspector Randy Banks introduced the session, one of many presentations he will be hosting on emergency safety and preparedness. The ladies of Protective Structures provided information on tornado warning signs, tips on when, where and how to seek shelter in various locations, as well as an emergency checklist for items to keep on hand as recommended by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Thank you to Mari with knowpickens.com, Inspector Randy Banks, and the Pickens County Senior Center for allowing us to participate! Download the tornado Preparedness Outline and Emergency Supply Checklist below.
